Public Business Continuity Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

To present the strategic vision of the Business Continuity Management carried out by ATLAS GOVERNANCE, where business continuity solutions are established for identified crisis situations, aiming to continue the delivery of the ATLAS GOV product at an acceptable level.

2. GUIDELINES

ATLAS GOVERNANCE aims to conduct Business Continuity Management in compliance with the most recent version of the ISO/IEC 22301 standard, in order to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management System ("BCMS"). The BCMS is based on the identification, assessment, and treatment of risks that may impact operational continuity, with ATLAS committed to a proactive approach to act effectively during and after the occurrence of adverse events.

3. OBJECTIVES

  • Ensure the operational resilience of ATLAS GOVERNANCE

  • Minimize the impact of disruptions on the services provided to customers

  • Protect critical information assets and system availability

  • Preserve the reputation and trust of stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

4. SCOPE

This policy applies to all processes, systems, and critical resources necessary for the continued delivery of the ATLAS GOV product and associated services, including:

  • Technology infrastructure

5. GOVERNANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Senior Management: Responsible for approving the policy, providing adequate resources, and demonstrating commitment to the BCMS

  • Business Continuity Manager: Responsible for approving the policy, providing adequate resources, and demonstrating commitment to the BCMS

  • Employees: Responsible for understanding and following the procedures defined in the BCMS

6. CONTINUITY STRATEGIES

ATLAS GOVERNANCE implements the following strategies to ensure business continuity:

  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment regularly updated

  • Documented Business Continuity Plans that are regularly tested

  • Clearly defined incident response procedures

  • Redundancy of critical systems and infrastructure
