Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Atlas Gov free for 14 days, no credit card required. The trial gives you access to the Legacy plan so you can explore the full platform before choosing a plan.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your account will be paused until you choose a paid plan. No data is deleted — you can pick up right where you left off.
What's the difference between the Core and Pro plans?
Core covers the essentials: meetings, minutes, votes, document storage, and base-level encryption. Pro adds AI-powered document search, audit trail with granular permissions, Zoom and Teams integration, project management, and watermarked PDFs.
What is Atlas AI and which plan includes it?
Atlas AI is the full AI stack available in the Legacy plan. It includes Insights (risk identification and document analysis), Notetaker (automated transcription), Compare (document version comparison), and Meeting Cast (meeting summaries). Other plans include partial AI features like document search (available from Pro).
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Core requires a minimum of 5 users. Pro, Enterprise, and Legacy require a minimum of 10 users.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed annually. Prices shown per month reflect the annual rate divided by 12.
What security certifications does Atlas Gov have?
Atlas Gov holds ISO 27001, 27701, 27017, 27018, and 22301 certifications. All plans include AES-256 encryption and two-factor authentication. Enterprise and Legacy add advanced controls like device authorization, download blocking, and (in Legacy) 23+ additional security features.
Can I manage multiple boards and committees?
Yes, all plans support multiple boards and committees. The platform is built to handle complex governance structures with separate permissions and workflows for each group.
What kind of support is included?
All plans include 24/7 support. Enterprise adds a dedicated Customer Success manager. Legacy includes priority support with a reduced SLA.
What integrations are available?
Pro and above include Zoom and Microsoft Teams integration for video conferencing. Legacy adds Single Sign On (SSO) with corporate identity providers like Google, Microsoft, and SAML-based systems.
Are my documents used to train AI models?
No. Board materials are never used for AI training. Atlas AI operates through inference only — no fine-tuning, no data retention, no external databases. When access is revoked, content is no longer accessible.
